🚨 BREAKING: Chelsea sack Liam Rosenior after three months in charge

Rosenior has been given the boot by the Blues with the club on their worst run in 114 years.

A statement from Chelsea announced the decision after a day of crunch talks on Wednesday following Tuesday's 3-0 loss at Brighton.

Calum McFarlane will take temporary charge until the end of the season and steer the Blues into this weekend's FA Cup final.

Rosenior joined the Stamford Bridge outfit at the start of January following Enzo Maresca's exit but won just 11 of his 23 games in that time.

Chelsea's defeat to Brighton in midweek leaves them in seventh place in the Premier League, seven points off a Champions League place with four games to go.
