Filip Jorgensen made a huge mistake during the second half of Chelsea's defeat to Paris Saint-Germain. The 23-year-old goalkeeper was at fault for the French giant's third goal of the evening following a costly lapse of judgement.
Bradley Barcola intercepted a sloppy pass by Jorgensen, which fell to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on the edge of the box. The PSG winger teed up Vitinha, who then chipped the Denmark international.
Reece James couldn't believe his eyes, throwing his arms in the air. Suddenly, the floodgates opened in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 at the Parc des Princes, with Luis Enrique's side finding a fourth and a fifth.
