In their biggest match of their Serie A campaign, Milan have taken a 1-0 lead against Inter in Sunday's crucial Derby della Madonnina.
After a fairly cautious opening 35 minutes, the Rossoneri finally broke the deadlock through second-choice left-back Pervis Estupiñán .
The Ecuadorian made a clever run in-behind, allowing Youssouf Fofana to deliver a lovely, defence-splitting pass.
Estupiñán took a touch and smashed his shot into the top-left corner to score his first goal for the club.
