Atletico were thrashed 4-0 at the Emirates in the league phase and have won only two of their last 12 UEFA matches against English sides, but they are typically strong at home against English opposition. Arsenal have won seven straight Champions League games against Spanish teams, though Atletico knocked them out in the 2017-18 Europa League semis.
