Arsenal winger Noni Madueke left Wembley wearing a knee brace after suffering an injury in England’s 1-1 draw with Uruguay.
Madueke started the match but was forced off after just 38 minutes after injuring his left knee following a challenge from Rodrigo Aguirre.
Thomas Tuchel did not offer a specific update on Madueke’s condition after the game but the winger was seen limping with his left knee in a brace as he left the stadium.
Madueke is now expected to leave England’s camp ahead of their friendly against Japan on Tuesday night.
The 24-year-old could now be a doubt for Arsenal’s FA Cup quarter-final tie against Southampton after the international break on April 4.

When asked if he knew which players will be released back to their clubs after England’s draw with Uruguay, Tuchel said: ‘It’s too early because now we have some injuries and there’s also a medical update on the players who came.
‘Not everyone was fully fit as I understood, I’m not fully aware because I was focused on the match.
‘We will like always as a coach take late decisions and maybe take the decision tomorrow to have the squad against Japan.
‘We need to check on John Stones , we need to double check on Jude [Bellingham], what’s the situation and how we can use them.’
