Angry Tottenham stars think Igor Tudor has been 'disrespectful' with behaviour at club

Tottenham players reportedly believe Igor Tudor has over‑asserted himself since arriving at the club, coming across as disrespectful to some and borderline mocking to others. The 47‑year‑old has made little positive impact since replacing Thomas Frank and is still without a win in charge.
Tuesday's 5-2 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid underlined the team's disarray, with young goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky enduring a humiliating 16‑minute spell before being substituted in the first half. His early errors left Spurs 3-0 down inside 15 minutes.
He was replaced by Vicario soon after, another example of the interim head coach's increasingly questionable selection choices. Tudor's attempts to instil discipline have backfired, and football.london has suggested this has left the group of players frustrated and doubtful about his leadership.
At full-time in Madrid, Tudor then appeared to snub Kinsky as the goalkeeper walked off the pitch, opting not to speak to him about the decision or the significance of such a moment for his career. A silence that spoke volumes. The Telegraph reports that Kinsky is expected to seek a summer loan move in an effort to rebuild his goalkeeping career.
Another issue for Tudor has been the training sessions he has overseen. According to football.london, they have left the squad 'unhappy', and the absence of his long‑time assistant Ivan Javorcic, delayed by work‑permit problems, has only added to the frustration.
To make matters worse, players such as Xavi Simons and new signing Conor Gallagher have been pushed to the fringes, with the latter reduced to a substitute role.

Meanwhile, senior players such as Dominic Solanke, Gallagher and Joao Palhinha sprinted from the bench and down the tunnel in an effort to console Kinsky.

Tudor claimed afterwards that it was 'my decision, of course,' adding that he had spoken to Kinsky in the dressing room following the incident.
Tudor's comments in the media have also angered supporters. After losing all four games of his tenure, a run that has condemned Tottenham to six straight defeats for the first time in their history, he responded with a disdainful 'No comment.'
The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust issued a statement after the game calling for immediate action. "Tonight’s performance and result is a total disgrace. It’s symptomatic of the abysmal state of things at Spurs right now," it read.
"From the January transfer window to the management appointments, the lack of leadership and the total absence of anyone with a Spurs pedigree informing these decisions. Where is the Daring to Do? Where are the Echoes of Glory? "Emergency action is needed as right now we are sleep walking off the edge of a cliff. Being a Spurs fan has never been so difficult but supporters will not sit by and watch the club continue to decline. There will be more to follow…
"At the very least those in Madrid should have their match tickets refunded. But all we really care about is that the club make us proud. We are here to support the team and be the 12th man. But we all deserve so much more."
Tudor's future in north London is increasingly uncertain, and there is no guarantee he will still be in the dugout when Tottenham travel to Anfield on Sunday.
