Since the arrival of the "10" in July 2023, the growth of the Miami team has been remarkable. This new agreement not only ensures the continuity of the brand as a main sponsor, but also guarantees a monumental physical presence at Nu Stadium, the new home of the club that will open on April 4 in a highly anticipated match against Austin FC.
"As part of the agreement, Adidas will have a strong presence within Inter Miami CF's new world-class home, Estadio Nu," they explained in a statement.
"The two-level store is destined to become a premier retail destination for fans," the team's official website said.
Inter Miami's new stadium debut
With the installation of the turf in its final stage and a cutting-edge design, Estadio Nu is set to host more than 26,000 spectators (surpassing Chase Stadium's 21,550).
The inauguration of the stadium on April 4 will not only be a sporting event, but also the confirmation that the project led by Messi has transformed Miami into the soccer capital of the country.
There is no doubt that Messi's effect on the pitch has been remarkable, however, what the Argentine has provoked off it has been something rarely seen in the world of soccer.
