Manchester United are monitoring Bournemouth 's hotshot young striker, Eli Junior Kroupi, ahead of the summer transfer window and Marcos Senesi, who is poised to leave the Cherries on a free transfer.

It is set to be a seismic summer for the Red Devils, who will appoint their next permanent manager. Andoni Iraola is understood to have plenty of admirers at Old Trafford and the highly-rated Spanish coach is now an even more attractive option following the announcement that he will leave Bournemouth at the end of the 2025-26 campaign .

But while it remains to be seen if the outgoing Cherries boss will actually be in the Manchester United dugout next season, the Premier League giants are keen on two players who have been thriving under his tutelage on the south coast.

Mail Sport claim that United have been keeping an eye on Kroupi after the 19-year-old's impressive debut season in English football for Bournemouth.

Chelsea and Liverpool also like the striker, who scored in both of Bournemouth's league fixtures against United and notched his 10th goal of the season in Saturday's impressive 2-1 victory away at Arsenal .

Senesi is another player likely to attract Premier League suitors this summer. While it remains to be seen if Kroupi, who only signed for Bournemouth last February, is likely to move in the coming months, Senesi is out of contract and poised to switch clubs.

The 28-year-old defender has been one of Bournemouth's most impressive performers this term and, as such, is understood to be of interest to Chelsea and Tottenham as well as United.

It has been well documented that Manchester United are planning to sign at least one central midfielder this summer, with rebuilding in that area a priority. A left-sided attacker is also likely to be targeted with the team no longer playing with a back three and wing-backs.

While United have interest in Iraola, the 43-year-old is by no means the only candidate to lead the club into the 2026-27 season.

Michael Carrick has done a fine job after stepping in on an interim basis and is now a genuine contender to land the role full-time should he successfully guide the team to qualification for next year's Champions League .

Julian Nagelsmann and Oliver Glasner have also been linked with the role, with the latter also set to be unattached this summer after confirming plans to leave Crystal Palace .
