Understood to be valued at €100 million (£87m), Diomande could represent another Bundesliga signing for the Reds and given his ability to operate across both flanks, he would be a useful addition for Slot.

While he's primarily featured on the right wing this season, he's a right-footed attacking player and may be just as effective on the left-wing and would undoubtedly provide serious competition for Cody Gakpo who has suffered a deeply disappointing campaign.

Forming quite the formidable trio alongside former Liverpool player Diaz and Harry Kane , Olise has netted 18 goals and registered an extraordinary 29 assists in 45 appearances across all competitions this season. The 24-year-old boasts the scoring threat and creative qualities that have established Salah as such a dominant presence for nearly a decade on that right flank.

Should he transfer to Anfield this summer, he'd be the identical age Salah was when he joined the club in 2017 but already carrying the reputation of being among the world's elite players.
