Liam Rosenior fumes at decision in Chelsea vs Leeds: "You've just got me angrier!"

Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior slammed the ‘unacceptable’ decision to allow Leeds United's equaliser in Tuesday’s draw at Stamford Bridge. The Blues looked to be on the way to a comfortable victory after Joao Pedro’s opener and Cole Palmer’ s penalty.
But Leeds were handed their own spot kick with just under 25 minutes remaining that was dispatched by Lukas Nmecha. Daniel Farke’s men then found themselves level six minutes later as Noah Okafor bundled home as Chelsea failed to clear the ball.
They were however convinced that the goal should have been struck off due to a handball by Jayden Bogle. The goal stood, with Rosenior left criticising the decision.
Speaking to TNT Sports, he said: “At the time I did, I still haven’t seen it. People are still questioning whether it is or whether it isn’t.
“The rule is if there’s any contact with his hand it should be disallowed but I haven’t seen it back to make that judgement.
“The rule is the rule, from my understanding if there’s any handball in the lead up to a goal, it should be disallowed,” he added after being offered an explanation of the decision.

“So if they’ve said that, then someone explain the rules to me because they need to help the referees. You saying that has just got me angrier because that’s unacceptable if they’ve come with that judgement.”
The Premier League have offered an explanation as to why the goal was deemed legal. A statement from the Premier League Match Centre on X read: “The referee’s call of goal to Leeds United was checked and confirmed by VAR – with there deemed to be no handball offence by Bogle in the build-up.”
The draw leaves Rosenior’s side fifth in the Premier League, one point behind Manchester United . Asked how his side let a vital win slip through their fingers, the Chelsea boss added: “Two key moments in the game that we don't take care of. We don't stay calm.

“Moises Caicedo is a magnificent player, he's been top for me. We make a poor decision. Actually, how the play gets there as well. We make a few poor decisions in terms of how we press in that moment and we give away a penalty when, like genuinely, I can't remember Leeds having a shot or a moment in the game.
“Some of our football, in possession, our press, our energy, was everything I wanted to see and that makes it even more of a bitter pill to swallow that we haven't won the game.”
