🎥 Fulham understudy produces sublime stop against Southampton

Benjamin Lecomte has had to bide his time as Bernd Leno's understudy at Fulham .

All of the French goalkeeper's appearances for Marco Silva's side have come in cup competitions with his latest in Sunday's FA Cup fifth round clash with Southampton .

But Lecomte has made good use of his limited playing time with the Cottagers as he produced a sublime stop to deny Finn Aziz during the second half in west London.

Fulham had seen two potential openers ruled out in either half before the visitors staged a breakaway in hopes of pulling off one of the tournament's latest shocks.

Unfortunately for the Saints , the 34-year-old pulled off one of the saves of his career.
