Real Madrid set Jude Bellingham return date
The fitness team at La Liga giants Real Madrid have set a competitive comeback date for midfield star Jude Bellingham .
This comes as the Englishman continues to close on a return to the pitch.
Bellingham has for his part been sidelined since early last month, owing to a hamstring injury suffered during a meeting with Rayo Vallecano.
The 22-year-old is in turn set to miss out later tonight, when Real Madrid kick their Champions League Last-16 tie with Manchester City into gear.
It may not be too much longer, though, before the Blancos faithful see their midfield maestro back on the pitch.
As per a report from club insider Javier Rodríguez Pascual :
‘They’ve tried to shorten the recovery timeline, but he’s still not feeling well. The goal they’ve set is the derby on March 22.’
Should this timeline prove to be accurate, Bellingham would miss both legs against Manchester City , as well as a La Liga clash with Elche.
