Hinata Miyazawa: Man United Women star sparkles for Japan
Manchester United Women had a plethora of players in international action on Saturday across the globe.
The United star grabbed a hat-trick in Japan’s 11-0 victory over India.
Her first goal came after 19 minutes when she side-footed an effort inside the penalty box into the corner of the goal.
Miyazawa’s second came after 35 minutes when she was played in on goal and side-footed the ball coolly into the back of the net.
She grabbed her hat-trick in the 82nd minute when she tucked away a fine cross to complete the rout over the Indians.
The 26-year-old also played two key passes and completed six of her seven crosses.
She was also outstanding in duels, winning her only aerial duel and six from seven ground contests.

Awujo played 45 minutes of Canada’s 0-0 draw with Argentina.
She completed 92% of her passes and won six out of nine ground duels in the match.
Tullis-Joyce got another start for the United States in their 1-0 win over Colombia.
She kept yet another clean sheet and made one save in the match. She also showed great care with the ball, completing 93% of her pass attempts.
The United youngster on loan at Sunderland scored two goals for Wales in their 6-1 win over Montenegro.
Safia Middleton-Patel also started in goal for the Welsh.

Jess Park grabbed another start for England in their 2-0 win over Iceland.
United’s three Swedish stars Julia Zigiotti, Hanna Lundkvist and Fridolina Rolfo all started for Sweden in their 0-0 draw with Serbia.
Lea Schuller came on as a substitute and Elisabeth Terland did the same for Norway in the Germans’ 4-0 rout of the Scandinavians.
Domonique Janssen once again captained the Netherlands to a 2-1 win over the Republic of Ireland, and finally, Melvine Malard started for France in their 4-1 win over Poland.
