Morgan Gibbs-White and Robert Sanchez were both forced off with nasty head injuries in Chelsea's Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest . That incident was the second serious clash off heads with Zach Abbott and Jesse Derry taken off earlier on after a scary collision with the latter stretchered off.
Sky Sports later confirmed he had been taken to hospital for "precautionary tests" with the teenager seeing his senior debut end in unfortunate circumstances.
The Gibbs-White and Sanchez clash arrived midway through the second half as the former attempted to run onto a loose ball. Both players were treated by physios and had cuts on their heads bandaged over.

Chris Wood came on as his replacement with Filip Jorgensen in between the sticks for the final stages for Chelsea .
Vitor Pereira had left Wood, Gibbs-White and Elliot Anderson out of his starting XI with their huge European knockout tie to come later this week.
