Champions League last-16 draw in full as Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City discover opponents

Manchester City are set to meet Real Madrid in the Champions League yet again after the last-16 draw was completed on Friday. The draw took place in Nyon after the completion of the playoffs earlier this week.

And having clashed on a number of occasions over the past few seasons, Guardiola will take on his former foes once more. Chelsea in the meantime have been given a tough test against reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain.

Liverpool will take on Turkish side Galatsaray, while Arsenal are set for a clash with German side Bayer Leverkusen.

Tottenham and Newcastle have been handed Spanish opponents in the last 16. Eddie Howe's men will take on Barcelona , while Tottenham are due to face Atletico Madrid.

The first-leg fixtures for the last 16 will take place across the 10 and 11 March, with the return legs scheduled for the following week. While clubs now know who they will take on in the last 16, all of the clubs remaining in the Champions League have also discovered their potential opponents for the remainder of the campaign, with the bracket having also been decided.

Arsenal sealed their spot in the last 16 of the competition automatically, having finished top of the initial league stage, with eight wins from eight. They were closely followed by reigning Premier League champions Liverpool , who secured 18 points and finished third.

Tottenham were one point and place further behind. Chelsea and Manchester City also sealed an automatic spot in the next round of the competition, having also finished in the top eight.

Newcastle United had some work to do to seal their place in the last-16, having only managed to secure a playoff spot. But they eased through relatively simply after a straight-forward win against Qarabag.
