Noni Madueke says Arsenal are ready to throw an even bigger party for the Champions League . Gunners winger Madueke celebrated in style by acting as DJ when Arsenal clinched the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years.

But Madueke says it will be an even bigger party if they win the European Cup for the first time in the club’s history as they prepare to face Paris Saint-Germain in Budapest on Saturday.

Madueke says that would be “the cherry on top” of an incredible season as the players eye writing another piece of history and a new chapter in Arsenal’s record books.

Arsenal players had an impromptu party at the training ground when Manchester City were held at Bournemouth last week and then headed to Mayfair nightspot Tape where Madueke hosted a gig and even Mikel Arteta showed up.

England star Madueke said: “Given what we witnessed here at the training ground the other night? Man, that would be amazing. Champions League is so big, you know. Premier League is massive.

“But the Champions League is so big to be able to do that for the first time in the history of the club. That would be amazing and to then celebrate it with all the Arsenal fans would be the cherry on top.”

Arsenal already have a parade booked next Sunday because they want to show off their Premier League trophy to their fans around the streets of Islington.

But it would make it unforgettable if they could show off two and the Champions League would be a first because they have never won it. They reached the final in 2006 but lost to Barcelona .

Madueke, however, does not agree with the notion that winning the title has taken the pressure off facing PSG who are generally regarded as the best club team in Europe under Luis Enrique and are the holders. They beat Arsenal in the semi final last year - and the North London side would love revenge to land the ultimate prize.

But Madueke says the pressure is the same and said: “No. It's separate. Okay, the pressure of the Champions League is there, but pressure is with us all the time. This is Arsenal Football Club. One of the biggest teams in England.

“The Champions League is of course the big one. It is definitely better that we won the Premier League, for sure, before we go into the Champions League final. I just don’t know if we will be thinking about that. We will be thinking about getting another one.

“I think the Premier League will be irrelevant on that night. It will be full focus on the Champions League, just giving our all and trying to make sure we bring that to the final as well.”

It was a difficult start for Madueke at Arsenal when the fans were not impressed by his £52m move from Chelsea . But Madueke has won them over and also chuckled as he recalled seeing Arteta dancing when his winger was “hosting” on the decks.

“The support was great,” said Madueke. “Last few weeks, last couple of home games. Flares and all of them banging on the buses definitely gave us that little push that we needed, that little edge. Thank God, we've got over the line. Lovely.

“It was good to see the fun side of the manager, you know. Not that I haven't seen it before. Really fun. Yeah, he's very intense. But I knew from the first conversation what he was like. I was happy to see him and he was fun.

“He’s a really good manager. He just helped me. To be diligent, he’s helped me to really care about, really little details that count a lot towards winning. winning games and fighting for major trophies.”

Madueke has been up against his close pal, Bukayo Saka , for a place in the Arsenal team all season - and it will be a repeat during the World Cup as they are both in the squad. But Madueke says that competition is healthy and they both push each other.

He added: “Yes, it’s amazing to have two. High level players. But completely different, you know. So yeah, there's definitely parts of his game I try and implement into mine. He probably say the same. So we're so close off the pitch. I think that’s well documented.

“It's been different for sure. But yeah, B is a top player. Kind of fight on all fronts. Same for England. Same for Arsenal. But yeah, no. It's been good. We know that we're pulling in the same direction.

“It could be the same at the World Cup. Definitely. I want to be here. I know he wants to be here, so. Looks like that's going to be our gig for the foreseeable."
