Bournemouth have acted swiftly to appoint their new head coach with the announcement that Marco Rose will take over this summer.

Current boss Andoni Iraola's contract runs out at the end of the season and he will not sign an extension.

As a result, Rose has been appointed on a three-year contract and will take over this summer.

The 48-year-old has a wealth of experience in the Bundesliga, enjoying successful spells in charge of Borussia Mönchengladbach, Borussia Dortmund and Leipzig.

The Cherries are currently on a 13-game unbeaten run.
