PSG Seal €63m Zabarnyi Deal, Diakité to Bournemouth

Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement to sign Illia Zabarnyi (22) to join Bournemouth, as per a report from Foot Mercato . The deal should pave the way for Lille OSC’s Bafodé Diakité (24) to join Bournemouth.

As reported by L’Équipe on Thursday, a deal taking Zabarnyi to the Parc des Princes has been close. Foot Mercato now reports a total agreement between the clubs, with the Ukrainian now set to sign a five-year deal with the European champions.

That deal is worth €63m and it should pave the way for Bournemouth to sign his replacement – Lille’s Diakité. The Frenchman, Foot Mercato understand, has already agreed to a move to the Vitality Stadium. A deal with Les Dogues is expected to be concluded before the end of the week. The value of that deal, the publication understands, will be around €40m.

PSG, on top of Zabarnyi, are also set to complete the signing of Chevalier, also from Lille.
