Darts sensation Luke Littler has hinted that he would like to step into the boxing ring. The 19-year-old two-time world champion has told DAZN that he would be up for competing under Misfits.
Littler was present in Liverpool on Saturday night to watch friend and middleweight, Luke Turner, who went up against Jensen Irving and beat him on the undercard of Nick Ball's defeat against Brandon Figueroa.
But the teenage superstar has revealed there is one thing holding him back from boxing.
He said: "I'd love to, but the missus does not want me to. I'd love to, a one-off definitely, on Misfits."
When asked who he could fight in the ring, Littler's response was short and sharp. He replied: "Anyone."
Littler won his second PDC World Championship crown by beating Gian van Veen in the final at Alexandra Palace last month. The 2007-born ace then claimed success as he lifted the Saudi Masters and the World Masters in Milton Keynes, and went into his Premier League opener against van Veen last Thursday in excellent form.
But van Veen ended up gaining revenge on Littler as the 'The Nuke' lost 6-4 in Newcastle to crash out at the earliest possible stage. Michael van Gerwen ended up winning night one in the North East.
It has been a sensational first couple of years for Littler since he reached his first World Championship final and he has shown little weaknesses, both on and off the oche. But Littler is most vulnerable when he is playing in a first to six format, according to former professional Matt Edgar.

"He's vulnerable on the ProTour - it's the same format, and Luke struggles there," Edgar told OLBG. "We've seen at times at the World Matchplay him going 5-0 down.
"We've seen him go multiple sets down to Gerwyn Price and then pull it back. He doesn't have time in the Premier League. Maybe this is where we are going to see Luke not be as dominant."
Darts content creator Charlie Murphy added: "I don't think it's going to continue for Luke to lose round one games.
"I don't think that will happen very often. Let's say we get about halfway through - and it starts to get to the point where he needs to win nights to get into the top-four - I can definitely see that happening.
"I think he can switch it on when he really needs to and when he really wants to.
"It's night one - did it really matter to him? Yeah, he probably wanted to win, but there's that subconsciousness as well, where he knows it's not that important."
Littler is next in action when he faces world No.2 and former world champion Luke Humphries on the second night of the Premier League in Antwerp this Thursday evening.
