Gary Neville is convinced that Arsenal will be crowned Premier League champions on Tuesday, 19th May. Mikel Arteta's men took a massive stride towards clinching their first top-flight title in 22 years, as the Gunners squeezed past West Ham 1-0 at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
In a match riddled with referee and VAR controversies, Leandro Trossard's 83rd-minute strike proved to be the decisive blow. The result has catapulted Arsenal FIVE points clear at the summit with just two fixtures remaining, although second-placed Manchester City do hold a game in hand.
However, former Manchester United defender Neville is firmly persuaded that Arsenal will lift the Premier League trophy this season, predicting the deal will be sealed next Tuesday.
Neville expects City to overcome Crystal Palace on Wednesday and Arsenal to dispatch Burnley on Monday, but he doesn't believe Pep Guardiola's outfit will see off Bournemouth the following evening (Tuesday 19th).
"I think City beat Palace, I think Arsenal beat Burnley and win it on May 19, the Tuesday night, by City not doing the job a Bournemouth," Neville told Sky Sports .
"It can happen all sorts of different ways and Manchester City, to be fair, have got that ability to go right to the end but I think this is a hammer blow for City really.
"They have got the game, Wednesday, against Palace, they have got the cup final against Chelsea next Saturday so they can win a domestic double, which is a big achievement by the way, which deserves some congratulations if they go on and do it, and they have got to go to Bournemouth on the Tuesday.
Sky has upgraded its Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle to now include HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, discovery+ and Hayu, as well as 135 channels and full Sky coverage of the Premier League and EFL.
"I think that could just be maybe a step too far with how Bournemouth are right now and it being Iraola's last game and just the fact they are a good side.
"I called this today, a dog of a game for Arsenal, and I think the game a week on Tuesday is a dog of a game for City and I think that is when it, in my mind if you are predicting it now, I think Arsenal win it without kicking a ball on that Tuesday night."

Arsenal still have to take on Burnley and Palace before the Premier League curtain comes down, while City face trips to Palace, Bournemouth and Aston Villa to round off their campaign.
Following that, the Gunners shift their focus to the Champions League final, where they are set to lock horns with Paris Saint-Germain in Budapest on 30th May.
